We represent members by assisting unions in negotiations with appropriate employers and other statutory authorities in matters relating to remuneration and employment conditions.

We provide advice to relevant employment agencies on sustainable career pathways.

We participate in any matters concerning the ethics, conduct, education and wellbeing of its members.
